Born in Baltimore, Maryland, interior designer I. Michael Winegrad attended the University of Maryland and attained a Bachelor of Science degree in "Interior Design" with a minor in "Studio Art."

Michael honed his skills as a professional interior designer working on residential, corporate, and hospitality projects around the world. Consulting to international architectural firms with his knowledge of interior architectural design and construction, Michael is much more than a decorator. This variety of experience along with his natural talent has led to a distinctive style that has earned him acclaim and awards.

Michael is passionate about interior design and he brings that passion to every project in his practice. His interior design firm based in the Maryland, Virginia, Washington, D.C. area has provided interior design projects in New York, Colorado, California, Florida, Maryland, Virginia, DC, Philadelphia and overseas.
